Dalin requested a new content strategy and community management to be different from their competitors and to interact more with their followers on social media.
approach
We developed content concepts based on the impact of past Dalin advertisements on the target audience. We created content by blending these concepts with today’s design trends. We created content where the target audience can both talk about the brand and interact with its followers.
results
With our efforts, we increased the interaction rate in Dalin social media accounts by 58% and the reach rate by 51%. The organic increase rate in the number of followers was 18%.
